A notary for everyday life
Most notary needs in Whitney are practical. A parent signs a form for a school or a trip. A homeowner signs a deed or an affidavit. A grown son or daughter needs a power of attorney so they can help Mom or Dad with bills and doctors. Nothing fancy, just documents that have to be right.
Patricia brings the notary to your kitchen table. No waiting in a lobby, no taking the kids along, no searching for parking.
Whitney sits along the Boulder Highway side of the valley, close to both east Las Vegas and Henderson. Patricia comes to homes, offices and care homes here just as she does anywhere else in the valley. Tell her your schedule when you call and she'll work with it where she can.
When it can't wait
Sometimes a deadline shows up out of nowhere. Ms. Friday, a client, put it this way: "I called and she was en route within 10 minutes!" Patricia can't promise that every time, but call or text (702) 690-9757 and she'll tell you honestly when she can be there.
A quick checklist
Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney or the document's issuer does that.
Bring every page, even the ones that don't need a signature. Some documents need to stay complete to be accepted.
- Documents completely filled out, but not signed
- A current government-issued photo ID for each signer
- Every signer at the same address at the same time
- No ID? Ask about credible witnesses.
Fees, hours and nearby areas
Nevada law sets notary fees: $15 for an acknowledgment (first signature of each signer), $15 per jurat signature, $7.50 for an oath or affirmation. The travel fee is agreed before she heads out. See the fees page.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask. Patricia also serves Sunrise Manor, Henderson and Green Valley North. Se habla español.

Questions people ask
What's the difference between an acknowledgment and a jurat?
With an acknowledgment, you confirm you signed willingly. With a jurat, you swear or affirm the contents are true. Your document or the person who asked for it tells you which one is needed. Patricia can't choose for you, since that would be legal advice.
Can you come on a Saturday?
Saturday hours are 1 to 6 p.m. Call or text to set a time.
