Traveling Mobile Notary in Las Vegas, Nevada

Too busy to travel, but need your documents notarized? Patricia A. Shabel is a traveling notary who meets you at your home, office, hotel or bedside in the Las Vegas valley. Call or text (702) 690-9757.

A notary near me, without the drive

Most people search for a notary near me at a bad moment. A form is due, a parent can't leave the house, or the office is about to close. A mobile notary solves that. You don't go looking for a notary. The notary comes to you.

Patricia travels to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels and other places across Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas and nearby communities. You choose the spot. She brings her seal and handles the notarization right there.

A traveling notary is also handy when several people need to sign. Instead of everyone meeting at an office, Patricia meets the group in one place. That might be a living room, a conference room or a hotel lobby.

What a traveling notary can handle

If a document needs a notary's signature and seal, Patricia can usually take care of it where you are. Common requests include:

  • Acknowledgments for trusts, deeds and powers of attorney
  • Jurats for affidavits and other sworn statements
  • Oaths and affirmations
  • Contracts and business forms that call for a notarized signature
  • Consent letters and personal forms that need a notary's seal

Bring it finished. She'll take it from there.

Bring your completed documents. Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney or the document's issuer does that. If you aren't sure which kind of notarization a form needs, ask whoever gave it to you before the appointment.

For more detail on specific paperwork, see estate planning documents, real estate documents, business documents and affidavits and legal documents.

What to have ready

A few minutes of prep makes the visit quick and easy.

  • A current government-issued photo ID for every signer
  • Your documents, filled in completely but not signed yet. You'll sign in front of Patricia.
  • Every signer present, aware of what they're signing, and willing
  • Any witnesses your document calls for
  • The address, plus a gate code, suite or room number if there is one
  • No ID for a signer? Ask about credible witnesses.

Nevada law sets the fee for each notarial act. The travel fee is separate, and Patricia confirms it with you before she heads out. No surprises at the door. See notary fees for the full breakdown.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Closed Sunday. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask. Patricia also speaks Spanish. Información en español.
