Built for a workday
Downtown Summerlin mixes shops, restaurants and office buildings, with Red Rock Casino across the street. A lot of people there have one document to sign and no time to leave. Patricia's office is nearby on W. Park Run Drive, and as a mobile notary she can come to your office suite or meet you at a convenient spot you choose.
Tell her what the document is and how many people are signing, and she'll explain what to bring. She is NNA certified, background-checked, and bonded and insured for $1 million.
Office paperwork
Companies call her for vendor agreements, corporate forms, employment verifications, and other papers that need a notary stamp. If several people need to sign, she can handle them in one visit, as long as each signer is there with ID. See business documents.
It helps to have the signers' names and the document pages ready when she arrives, with a table to work at and a few quiet minutes. Notary fees are set by Nevada law, and the cost per signature is on the fees page. Any travel fee is agreed before she heads out.
Personal errands too
Shoppers and residents often need one of these:
- A sworn affidavit or statement someone asked you to get notarized. See affidavits and legal documents.
- A power of attorney so a relative can handle something for you.
- A vehicle or property form that needs your acknowledged signature.
- A travel consent form for a child before a family trip.
Three quick rules
Leave the document unsigned. Bring a current government-issued photo ID. Know what you're signing, because Patricia doesn't draft documents or give legal advice. Your attorney or the document's issuer does that.
She also covers Summerlin, The Ridges and Sun City Summerlin. Hours are weekdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 6 p.m. Outside these hours? Call or text and ask.
